New Dog Shop in the Jersey Central Market

Hello Dog Lovers,

 We have got some exciting news to share! If you have been following us on social media or popped by Jersey Central Market recently, you probably already know. 

Drumroll, please…

MyDogify has officially launched our first boutique dog shop! 🎉

We opened our doors on Saturday 27th July 2024, and have been having a paws-itively amazing time ever since. Our shop is filled with adorable dog hampers to fun seasonal dog toys, tasty natural dog treats and dog accessories for your furry friends.

Now, here’s a little confession: we meant to get this blog post up before the big day, but things got a bit crazy around here, in the best way possible! Between setting up the shop and keeping up with your online orders and attending local events, we were swamped. But hey, we’re here now, and we can’t wait to tell you all about our new space!

 Why We Decided to Open the Shop? 

The answer is simple: you guys! We’ve been so blown away by the support and feedback we’ve received from our amazing community. At every pop-up event and even through our online store, so many of you mentioned how much you’d love to visit us regularly in person. You kept saying our range of dog toys and accessories is unique, affordable and, dare we say, cuter than most. How could we not listen?

Plus, let’s be real—setting up a pop-up shop every weekend is hard work, especially when the weather’s not on our side. Waking up at 6am to set up isn’t always fun, and when the rain decides to crash the party, it makes things even trickier. And then there’s Ruby, our sweet shop mascot. A lot of you have been asking to see more of her around town, so having a permanent spot means more Ruby cuddles for everyone!

What Does the Shop Look Like? 

We’re so glad you asked! We managed to get a rare unit in the Jersey Central Market, and it was a total blank canvas when we moved in. Given that it’s not the biggest space, we had to get pretty creative with the layout. Our goal was to create a dog shop that felt welcoming and stood out from the typical pet shops you usually see.

 One of our favorite features in the store is this amazing large leather collectible Snoopy x Coach. We found it at the Jersey Hospice Chairty Shop in St Ouen and just knew we had to have it. Not only is it a fantastic addition to our store decor, but it also supports a wonderful local charity. Right next to Snoopy, you’ll find a Jersey Hospice Collection/Donation box—so feel free to drop in some change if you’re feeling generous!

And let’s not forget about our till desk! We wanted something unique and photo-worthy, so we designed it with you in mind. Filled with hundreds of MyDgoify branded pink tennis style dog balls, it’s the perfect backdrop for a quick snap—don’t forget to share your pics with us and tag your friends!

 What’s Next for MyDogify?

We’re just getting started! Our team is working hard to expand our range of products, so keep an eye out for new arrivals. With Autumn, Halloween and Christmas right around the corner, you can bet we’ll have some of the cutest, most festive doggie items coming your way. Seasonal collections are a huge focus for us, and we can’t wait to share them with you.
