Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, free from any animal hair and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at mydogify@hotmail.com, or contact us via Facebook or Instagram and we will require the following details:
- Order Number
- Reason for return/refund
- Photograph of any damage (if applicable)
Your refund amount will not include the original postage cost or the return postage cost (unless items had arrived damaged). We advise to get proof of postage when you return the order, to ensure you are covered in the instance of your parcel being lost.

Damages and issues
Please ensure to check your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It would be very much appreciated if you could take a photograph of the item/items if defected/damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
